  2. In a large bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest until the filling is completely smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham crust and spread it level.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the filling is just set — the center should jiggle slightly but no longer look wet.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate at least 3 hours (overnight is best) until fully chilled and firm.
  7. Slice and serve cold.
